I ordered from them and not heard anything it was the 26th of last month I ordered and I’ve email asking what’s going on still nothing I paid £45 to some it’s not a lot of money but I’m a single mum and that could help me towards stuff for my kids no happy at all

Ordered from them last month and have had to email them on numerous occasions to even get a tracking number. That was a waste of time as tracking site informs me of a problem with item. I don't seriously expect item to actually arrive. Will start process of fund recovery via bank.
So to finnish off " Avoid" this company and date is a scam.
Take note #facebook as you are promoting them on your # Marketplace.

Nice Ostrich Beach Lounger: I ordered from them last month and have also had to email them on numerous times. Of course they were already paid. I did get a tracking number and it was scheduled for delivery to a different address and in another state. I emailed them again and got a message back that delivery would be re-arranged and would arrive to me in about a week....well, it's 10 days later...no updates. I emailed them earlier today to see what the status is? When a price on a product seems too good to be true...it usually is....that 's what the saying is...fortunately, I am only out about $24 bucks. Darn it!! Big reason why I don't like to purchase anything I see on facebook....very disappointing!!

Don't order from xiehan@mandressupsmart.com they are a scam I haven't recieved anything they gave me tracking number and shipment said deliverd to Germany which didn't have my adress I have waiting over 25 days and nothing. I spent £25 on a sun lounger never order from facebook

Don't order from xiehan@mandressupsmart.com they are a scam I haven't recieved anything they gave me tracking number and shipment said delivered to Texas which didn't have my adress I have waiting over 25 days and nothing. I spent $60 on luggage. We need to take actions again this false company .

I have ordered a product and still haven't received it. I communicated with the firm and they tried to save time by telling me tha it wiil be shipped in a few days and still haven't.

I also think this is a scam. Ordered 2 chairs and paid full, got a tracking number a few weeks later but not received. Have been told it’s been delivered which is a lie so told them I want proof of this or I will be raising a case of fraud with my credit card company.

I ordered an ice maker. I've received a tracking number.
Checked a week later it said it was deliver to a P.O.Box in Denali National Park and Preserve in Alaska but didn't give the P.O.Box number.
I called the post office and the clerk Checked and checked but could find any information. I was scammed out of $39.

They took my money 6th July 2023. This fraudulent company is very clever. I am still communicating through their fraudulent email address and they are assuring me my package will be received to me in a week. Nothing. They sent me all the info, Order No., Receipt No, and where my package was but delivered it successfully to another part of the country. Gave me wrong track and trace number, (UMM) so have been bothering them via email since. My bank knows, so will get my money.

I have also ordered from them a few months ago... daytime drinking and shopping 🙄). When I chase, I got an email to say it had been shipped, Chased up and surprise, surprise, email bounced back. We live, we learn, but it still smarts and so I'm adding to every scan sight I can.

I ordered last jun 2023 and they reply that they already send 9 days ago and i didnt recieved my package..they are absolutely scam. No trackingg numbers amd i learned from it never ordred online with out chexking the company legit

same here i ordered a Sun lounger in june, i have now sent the company 70 emails, i wont let this go. they registered this scam company in may 2023 then started advertising, but found out this product does not exist. have you contacted fraud team with your bank, i did and got my money back

I have wait in 5 mounths for a sun lounger. They still promise me to send it but They never will, it is a scam company. I also get a fake tracking number, deliver to a nother state and name.

I ordered 3 items . After 53 emails the email address is now not working I am just typing a letter to Han Xie the director to commence court proceedings. I will get bank to refund tomorrow .

Several months ago, I ordered a travel refrigerator and paid for it, but unfortunately they did not send anything. I emailed many times, they only answered a few and lied that they had sent it, it has been 5 months now. I think they are scammers. People, beware of scammers so you don't get caught like me.
