Comment / Review	On July 2, 2026, I ordered an Icarsoft V3 diagnostic tool from this seller (order no. SPG2026070220425988488981). They claim the product was delivered to me on August 1, 2026, which is not the case. I asked for proof of delivery signed by me, but they were unable to provide it. Since then, I have been fighting to get a refund, but so far without success; in our email exchanges, they use every excuse imaginable to avoid refunding me. They are scammers, and I wanted to report them.
