Scam contentsI would like to report a scam attempt involving the phone number +234 706 945 4568, which contacted me via WhatsApp.

The sender claimed to represent LinkedIn Technology PLC and sent me a suspicious document titled "COMPENSATION AGREEMENT", allegedly endorsed by both LinkedIn and the Government of the United Arab Emirates. The document mentioned an amount of 970 SAR, vague job offers related to domestic work, and unrealistic claims like “3000% compensation within 30 minutes.”

Upon review, this document:

Contains numerous grammar errors and inconsistencies.

Falsely uses the logos and names of LinkedIn and UAE authorities.

Is clearly part of a fake lottery or employment scam targeting individuals.

Comes from a Nigerian number, often linked to scam operations.

I am reporting this to help prevent others from falling into the same trap. I have not shared any personal or financial information.
