These scams are called ''Pig Butchering scams'' and they're notorious for always asking for more and more fees after your initial deposits. The fees are just excuses to get you to lose more of your money.
The bigger issue is that getting money back from these sorts of scams is nigh impossible. The best thing to do now, is to cut all contact with the scammer and report to the authorities like the FTC and IC3 in the US and the AMF in France etc.
And more importantly, don't fall for anyone who claims they can get your money back because they're just scammers who will prey on your vulnerability by giving you false hope only to leave you high and dry afterwards.
