It's an advance fee scam. If you pursue this, the scammers will ask you to send them money first which obviously wouldn't really happen if you won the lottery or if someone wanted to give you money for free.

I recieved the same scam email from bestpeter195@google.com. Watch for this one. Richard Whal won that money on May 30, 2018, in New Jersey. Why would he hire a SAve Max Premium Reality place in Ontario ,Canada to handle his finances?
