The website is based in China, and customers will never be able to return the items or request a refund. Please be careful and avoid ordering from them.

I purchased a suitcase from this company, however what arrived was a cheap crossover bag worth not more than $2!!!!

Same story. I bought a suitcase for $55US and received a small cloth bag. And their email address does not work.
