      I ordered in August and was able to contact them via email...ONCE. Now, they won't respond. Phone doesn't work. Money is gone and NO products!!!

      Don't order from them. I was buying a "Peter Roth Thomas" product...........NO luck receiving my item but they certainly got paid by my credit card company!!!

      I have exactly the same experience. Debited my account ....when emailed, they advised they delivered to incorrect address. When I asked for refund, they advised it was refunded on 19 September 2022, but nothing is reflected in my account and they do not respond to further emails!!!!!!!
