| Comment / Review | Just like others I received cheap, wrong size/fit dresses. Spent LOTS of time trying to locate customer service. Gave up and called credit card. They found a phone #. (It shows Loveland, Co. ) I call twice no answer. Rc’d call back from foreign speaking man (says he’s in Oregon). Tells me I need to be on my computer for him to send refund authorization. I ask a few ?s and ask him to email refund authorization. NO, has to be on my computer. He gets huffy and hangs up on me. ANOTHER SCAM!! NEVER order on FB!! Cheap China crap!

If you paid using a credit card you can request a Chargeback from your cc company or bank to try to get refunded:
