| Scam contents | Hello, I bought sandals on this website. After two months I got it and it turned out to be too small. As a consumer right, I had 14 days to return them (these are the days for return on the seller's website). I contacted the sellers to discuss the return of the goods and asked for a return address. The seller did not contact me for 5 consecutive days. Later, he wrote that I should keep my shoes and he will give me £ 7 compensation (the sandals cost 20.99) I disagreed and still wanted to return the wrong goods. Time passed and I sent them back to the return address given on the sticker in order to arrive in time. Then I contacted that the shoes were sent back to the address given on the sticker and the seller said that the return address was different and if I did not receive the goods at a different address I will not receive a refund. He had not given me such an address earlier. Now I have neither shoes nor money and no contact with the seller. he reported the case to Citizen Advice but they cannot help me because it is a product from China. |
| Comment / Review | This is a typical scam. The wrong address on the sticker was given on purpose. The return address was to Uk.
