Scam contentsI made an order on aliexpress.com, within short period I receive and email to confirm whether I received my package. The email is a 99% replica of original. Upon clicking "Track package" i notice the address changes to https://login.aliexpress.ru

      AliExpress has shocking customer service

      Can't find a email contact to get help on non delivery
      of order after 2 weeks
      Can't locate local contact to replace/return faulty goods

      One product was offered for sale, and I made a purchase of this product. The product that was delivered was not the product that I purchased, but one of considerably lower value. When I complained and asked for a refund, I was told that I could get a refund in full, if I returned the product that was sent. The cost of the return was more than the amount of the refund, so I refused to make the return. I have lost the purchase price.

      I believe that there was never any intention of selling me the product that I thought that I had purchased, and it was always the plan to scam me by sending an item of lower value, and trusting that I would not go through with the return process.

      you have changed the ship to address on my package I have done extensive research and find you are a fraud you will only do online chats but drop the conversation I have contacted my credit Card company and will contact the local police department

      I suppose this does not scare you as this is a scam

      I have a fake tracking number you need to stand behind your orders
