Scam contents	See image. David Carniel is demanding 1960 EUR from interested tenants BEFORE visiting the apartment, in order to reserve it in their name. No-one can visit before paying the 1960 EUR.
Comment / Review	A video tour of the apartment ends before showing the balcony (and outside) - it is likely that the apartment does not exist, or is not where it is advertised. There is also a [SpotAHome] watermark on the video tour. I have contacted SpotAHome and they say they have no properties available like that shown in the video and they do not know David Carniel. No information about the apartment can be verified. David Carniel refuses to refund money unless a new tenant has been found. More information or pictures/screenshots upon request.
