You can't and they aren't. They are recovery scammers, possibly the same ones that scammed you hoping to scam you once again. They CAN NOT get your money back;

📢 Yes, they're all recovery scammers. None are legit.
Scammers prey on people who have lost money and want to scam them again! They can NOT help you. Eventually, you will be asked to pay fees. You pay then get nothing

Recently, there have been a wave of ads for these recovery scammers on FB.
