You can't and they aren't. They are recovery scammers, possibly the same ones that scammed you hoping to scam you once again. They CAN NOT get your money back;

Recoverbtc.com called saying tradevision got shutdown.

Details / precisions	Did tradevision get caught? Supposedly in the news. This company wants me to open a wallet to put my money in? I asked for proof as too informal. Waiting as they got a call? Anyone hear of anything about this or company?

This maybe late but these "company" or sites are recovery scammers. They can not help and will have YOU PAY to continue trying to get your lost funds back - it's an advance fee scam. It can also possibly be the same scammers. I hope you did not contact them back or paid any money.
