Offered hacking services, then took my money through $100 itunes gift card purchase scam. He initially accused me of scamming him by presenting the card I gave him as previously redeemed when, in fact, itunes support revealed him as the scammer.

This is a scam and he threatens to black mail you if you do not move forward.
