Scam contents	Sofbit Digital took $2,200 for Amazon and eBay automation — nothing delivered, refund demands ignored
Comment / Review	I paid Sofbit Digital $2,200 in February 2026 for Amazon and eBay automation, inventory, and a resale certificate: $2,000 on February 4 and $200 on February 6, both by card through Stripe payment links the company sent me on WhatsApp. The company confirmed the $2,000 in writing ("Yes we got it"). Nothing was ever delivered. My refund demands on May 8, May 19, and May 27, 2026 were all ignored. Complaints filed: Texas AG TCP-065488, FTC 207609475, FBI IC3, HPD 1234370-26, BBB #25340428. Reporting my own documented experience to warn other business owners.
