Looked legit until card verification, then demanded to send me a verification text. A transient window showed some "blahblahXXXBridal" and an erroneous amount.

Scam contents	On August 7, 2026, I placed an order with Manzaset.com for two pairs of pants, totaling $64.69. The order was supposed to arrive in 10-14 days. It didn’t arrive until August 24. I contacted customer support that day regarding an exchange for a different size or returning the product as the quality was not as advertised. Other than a form email acknowledging my request saying that I would be contacted within 48 hours, I received no response. I tried again but have not been able to reach anyone through their listed contact channels. After researching this company further, I found numerous other reports online describing similar experiences: no response from customer service, items that don’t match what was advertised, and general difficulty getting resolutions. The website also shows multiple red flags on scam-checking sites, including a very young domain age and low trust scores. I’m submitting this report to warn other consumers considering a purchase from this site. I would recommend against ordering from Manzaset.com until they demonstrate responsive, legitimate customer service.
