      I am convinced it is a scam. Also they are using a fake email from a company suggesting they can give you free your credit scores on Transunion, Experian and Equifax - one time basis. If you indicate you may be interested you end up at a company called TOC Research which claims to be doing a customer service survey for Telus - our local telephone company. As a reward you get to choose a prize. If you claim the prize a payment for the shipping of the free prize ends up appearing on your credit card as being paid to Online budgeting system and you find out you are going to be charged a monthly fee for the system. Total scam.
