| Scam contents | I received my shirts May 11, 2026 (Order HER42629) and they are the wrong size. I have attached a photo of what I received and what a 3XL shirt looks like in comparison. I wanted a full refund (not a replacement) and said I would return the items unused and in the same condition that I received them. They would be in the original packaging. They already had my receipt or proof of purchase. Due to the fact that these items were not correct and your fault - wrong size not 3XL, I am not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. |
| Comment / Review | SCAM COMPANY I ordered Mens 3XL polos and received 2 child size shirts. I immediately contacted customer service for a full refund and for them to pay for shipping (which is addressed on their return/refund policy on their website if the error is their fault) and they ignored my request for a refund instead offering a replacement with me paying for shipping. I told them to read my email and give me a refund and pay for the shipping back. I contacted them 2 more times showing them their policy from their website and the responded back that they could give me 10% and then 30% off - they even said I could keep the items, sell them myself or donate them. What kind of company is this. I finally told them I am not wasting any more time with them and will review them here along with other review sites and the BBB. My credit card company has a claim against them now, also.
