| Comment / Review | I am filing a formal complaint regarding unauthorized subscription charges made by the company operating the website PDFHouse.com. On my side, I intended to make a one‑time purchase for a PDF-related service. At no point did I agree to a recurring subscription, nor was I clearly informed that my card would be charged on a monthly basis. Despite this, the company has been charging me 40 USD every month without my consent. There is no clear option to cancel the subscription, and attempts to contact the company or stop the charges through their website have been unsuccessful. This constitutes: Unauthorized billing Deceptive commercial practice Hidden subscription (negative option billing) Violation of consumer protection laws
