hotdiscount.cn is definitely a scam. They take your money from some ......com/visiaxo/paypal.php?orders_code=.... url and charge shows up as HONGKONGJIL on your credit card. They send you confirmation email from service@todayemails.com and, a few days later, tracking ID for fake shipping partner (WorldInExpress). who does post tracking info but, eventually, package will be indefinitely "Waiting for Custom Inspection".
