i bought a pair of pants from this company and i found out when i got them really crap very thin fitted badly the wrong colour ,anyway i wanted a refund,there policy says no problem but there was a problem,i had to send them back to Vietnam,it would cost me more than the price of the pants i didn't want the 20%they were offering i wanted my full refund now i I'm wandering what to do ,any suggestions
i think they are praying seniors
