Peace be upon you. I ordered a Huawei phone on December 6, 2025, but I haven't received anything yet. The order number is 185827-420945. Later, I ordered another phone, order number 185827-469254, but I haven't received anything either. What is the reason? I paid for both phones. Why aren't you responding? Are you a scam company that just takes people's money? Please reply. You stated that the phones would be delivered within 7 to 10 days, and it's been two months, and we still haven't received any phones. You don't even answer any of my calls. Why?
