| Comment / Review | I am writing regarding my recent car rental booking through DoYouItaly with Rent4Leisure, scheduled for pickup at Alghero Airport on 20/07/2025 21:00, for a 7-day period. Despite arriving only 1 hour late due to a flight delay, I found the Rent4Leisure office closed. The next morning, I was informed that you are "not required to wait" – even though your own rental documentation clearly states that after-hours pickup is available for an extra fee. I was never given an option to pay the extra fee, nor was any clear effort made to assist me. This is not only unacceptable but a breach of contract under EU consumer protection rules. I paid in advance for a service that was not delivered, and your terms regarding late or after-hours pickup were not honored.
