| Comment / Review | Email them they take days to respond.asked for photos to prove they sent me the wrong size. Said they didn't get the photos so I sent about a 100 emails with the photos then they responded saying that a Chinese 38 is a size 7. They state on the website that you have a 90 day money back guarantee. They will not refund me or send a return label. They have offered to exchange. I don't want to exchange I want a full refund
