      yes we have had a similar issue. They sent a mail pretending to be rituals (skin care brand), who I have transacted with. They sent it on my birthday as if it was a birthday treat (pretending to be rituals) and I then charged me 2 transactions. One for €9.99 and another of €69.79 for a company called itwastasty.com. Total scam artists. They are trying to say I signed up! Dreadful.
