It's a fake invoice. There's no iphone, they just want you to call them so they can pretend to be customer support and get your info from you. Basically phishing.

i've done a lot of sales and purchases with ebay with paypal. I would call ebay support and paypal to let them deal with the vendor. you should get your money back if nothing else.
