| Comment / Review | Based on my experience Gradinamax is a SCAM company. They send undersized plants. Nothing to do with what you see in the product pictures. They do so in a box which is twice the needed size for you to receive the parcel. Besides, even if they send the product within one day it takes much longer to arrive (great for plants to be for a week in a box) because they deliver from abroad (in my case, from Poland, to Hungary)...hence if you want to return the products to get a refund you will pay a lot for transport. After complaining to them, i gave up but i want to let others know. It is a shame that Facebook serves as a platform for this type of scam.

If you don't reach a refund agreement with the seller, you might be able to get it from your bank or cc company:

Thanks! They ask for product to be sent back. Being abroad that would not be worth it
