They are very cunning scammers. They will take your money and then ask for more and more until they suck you dry.

Trader Bob James is a sudo name for the scam ring they run and call themselves Narco running Telegram channel 1000pipsbuilder (Forex_Market) with contact name @bobjames_trader aka Trader Bob. They will keep offering you services and take your money and then ask for some more without any services they promised you.
