They are a scammer. They have got ahold of pictures of outboards and marine parts that I'm selling on eBay and try to sell as their's. Buyer beware.
To protect yourself ask them for additional pictures of what they are selling, they won't have any.

They are requesting me to wire funds to their Gmail email and to a stolen physical address of Herisboat.com
