There is a sure fire way to identify the scams. Usually, someone will send you a message with an email address to contact them. These people are scammers. And,

Scam contents	Ordered a car jump starter , they sent me a $2.00 watch and said I had received my order . I went to post office and got the printout on the delivery , which showed that the delivery was a little over 4 ounces . I took the junk watch with me and they weighed it , and guess what it weighed 4 plus ounces . There is no way a car jump starter only weighs 4 ounces . Sent all the results to there supposed customer service representative and they said they could offer me a 10 percent refund , which is crap .
