Comment / ReviewI called number to request cancellation and emailed them to say i never subscribed for service which they then wanted me to install app that would control my device from another location which i refused. They said it was only way to cancel subscription.

        I just received the exact same email - slightly different price. I have never heard let alone ordered anything through the company, can only assume it is a scam.
