I ordered a knife sharpener for $29.99 which turned out to be total junk. The best they can offer (according to support) is a $10 refund. I would not recommend

Scam contents	Briquao Co. Ltd is a Chinese based company who scams on social media platforms like Facebook. They advertise products on social media; however, if and when you order, you get a huge runaround when it comes to tracking your order. I ordered something from them on August 18, 2023, and one month later the product has not been delivered, nor have they given me an expected delivery date. They offer PayPal as a payment option; however, PayPal’s dispute resolution center and process is of little value in settling a dispute. Based on reviews through websites such as Scam Detector, this company is highly suspected as a scam. Buyer beware when dealing with this company.
