| Comment / Review | Seem to be pretending to be a UK company but they are from China instead. Didn't realise this at the time. I've worn other barefoot shoes before and saw these on an ad and were cheaper than other brands. After checking their size guide I ordered, even going up slightly from what I had ordered from other companies. When they eventually arrived they were too small. The size guide was completely inaccurate. I contacted them for a return and refund but instead they said they would give me a new pair for free, the correct size and all I would pay is the postage. Great, I thought. When they arrived they were the same size as the previous ones and a different colour. Contacted them again and they kept asking for photos of what I had received. A few photo attempts later and them accusing me of messing up the second order, I asked for a full refund. Tondo this they insisted on me posting both pairs to China!! This would have cost me the price of the shoes. After around 30 emails back and forth over almost 3 months I got a 50% refund. So now I'm out half the price of the shoes, shipping X 2 and I have 2 pairs of shoes I can't wear. Do yourself a favour and avoid them like the plague.
