The number belongs to a scammer who stole $25000 from me under false promises. He claimed to have recovered my stolen funds however he is not sending back the funds instead he is demanding money from me. He is still in contact with me.
His telegram username is @marionhills
I am suffering heavy financial loss because of the scammer, I hope the authorities can catch and bring him to book with the help of scamwatcher

We know that the domain holder is paying WHOIS to hide his identity so he can remain anonymous and victimize more and more people.
