| Scam contents | I bought a pair of Dr.Martens from this website for €39.80 yesterday, about €7.90 shipping, or something. Sometime in the evening I went to go check and see if there was an update, but there wasn't. I tried opening the link to the shop through google but it wouldn't work, saying that it was a malicious site, and that this site was fake and a form of forgery. I have sent an email to the owner regarding this issue, requesting a full refund, but I haven't heard back yet. |

This website popped up as an Instagram ad with URL: discountonl.com. 75% off Dr Martens. The only email found on their website was Lisa@serviceyx.com. I believe it is a scam but didn’t buy anything.

Hi everyone, I bought a pair or boots and a backpack for 70€. The add pop up on Facebook and Instagram. And as it was during summer sales, it seemed legit. How can I get my money back?

Hey the person from the email replied to me, but its totally bs and a scammer, how can we report her to police?I already filed a complain with German police. I wonder if more people would share their feedback here.

I lost 120 Euro for that website, there are some email replied but from 11 August until now, i have not received the money back and it seems like they disappeared

Our company ordered from a KUHL Outlet Club website and lisa@serviceyx.com is listed as the email contact. Product shows being shipped via China Post and going through customs. Also, shows being delivered and signed for but nothing was received. Writing from Las Vegas, NV USA

Same experience. She answered my email, but when I did not receive the package she said she issued a refund, but I never received anything. She is not answering anymore.

Same experience. I ordered boots which never came. At the beginning they answered my emails, after that they stopped.
