Ordered a suitcase and received a toy watch. They switch up the order and tracking numbers and make it difficult to follow up. BEWARE!!!! Do not purcahse anything from them.

Same as the above two comments. They order the wrong items, provide tracking numbers that do not correspond with DHL, FEDX or USPS.

Ordered a folding QS Bed. Supposed to ship from Canberra, but tracking said China. Supposed to have arrived and put in letterbox! Queen side bed!
Next day, got a text to say it could not be delivered. Researched the link on Google and doesn’t exist.

ordered a little bag in October, never arrived, just got an email with this info https://xps.customercare-vip.com/index/index/service/token/0014a97a93986eca0b5bd1409363e34cc858
and looked it up. I got scammed! so annoying! urghhhh!!! horrible people.

I told them to cancel my order & i wanted a refund. They tried to fob me off. The last chat text i sent was to i form them if i didnt get a refund i would be informing the fraud police. I received a refund within 3 days. I did cancel my credit card incase they tried to use my details

Ordered an Amazon Mystery Box which was not delivered. They claim they will refund me 50% which doesnt come either
