| Scam contents | Used Facebook to advertise product. Charged different amount to what was advertised. When contacted scammer for refund, and as I also ordered twice apparently. I was told their accounts are on Holidays and unable to issue refunds. Next thing my PayPal account has tracking from China Post appearing for both orders. I doubt Im going to see anything. I now have seen this site pop up under different names. |
| Comment / Review | Unable to open a resolution on Paypal as the scammer has issued a tracking number and you have to wait and no selection lets you do anything. You can't or will never get a refund as the scammer disappears and comes back under a different name. Facebook are responsible for letting this happen. We have been bitten 4 times purchasing via Facebook and Paypal used every time but never get the items ordered or refunds. No protection available from Paypal or Facebook. I always thought PAYPAL was good, but not anymore, at least with a credit card I can stop payment or reverse it.
