        The person befriended me and had a relationship with me, got me in loved with pictures and words, and by the almost end he said he sent me a package containing gemstones however it can't cross the Philippines Customs because of VAT fee, he even wants me to file a loan from my bank to cover the Taxes bill because I don't have cash at the time.

        This is a scammers website. Scammers will get your information's to generate a tracking number to make it look like you have a real package coming, however, since the contains are valuable, they would say that it was held by the Phil. Customs and they are asking for VAT fees and claim fees.
