It said it was delivered and it was never delivered. I’ve been trying to contact them now for a week and I’ve gotten an reply that said it was delivered but it never arrived. I’ve been waiting weeks for this order

Yep they are a scam. My cat wheel hasn't come yet im getting the same email saying it's been delivered by fedex. I've called fedex and they said there's no such tracking or anything in your name.
