If you paid them using a card you could try to get a refund going through your bank or card agency.

Comment / Review	Through tiktok, they claim to be having a huge sale and advertise these really nice shoe box storage containers, but it’s all bullshit, it’s been two months since my order, and nothing! I emailed the company and got back some bullshit email saying they were gonna take 30% off my next purchase, they have not responded since then, no call no email nothing!
