Your first sign of it being a scam was the price tag. No ipad ever gets sold for 34 dollars. You can try to get a refund directly from your bank or cc company

Scam contents	It's a crypto exchange.
Comment / Review	Somebody who tells name as "Peter Brandt" has a Telegram and an Instragram channel where he announce "pumps" of cryptos. Previously, you have to make a deposit in https://pabybit.com (the site of the crypto exchange) and you can buy the currency he's going to "Pump". After a week you can't make a withdraw of your funds. In order to get "Premium Status" and can withdraw, they ask 0,04 BITcoins more.
