        Dear employee of sosoinc,

        I ordered some clothes on your website already a month ago and they are still not delivered. Normally it would take 7-14 days to deliver. I contacted an employee of yours but he said that the payment period of my package already was expired, so the package was already on its return to the country of sender. Now I don’t need the clothes anymore since they have been send back, but I did pay those. So can you please pay the clothes back.
