Scam contents	Advertised item that claims to refurbish the plastic parts of your car. Order arrived with a totally different product, claiming to be a headlight cleaner. When I complained and asked for a refund, they first insisted the order was correct, then offered me a USD3.00 refund. The item cost USD12.50 plus USD11.09 for shipping/insurance/tax.
Comment / Review	After a few back-and-forth emails, I decided to report them to PayPal, who promptly refunded me the USD12.50 for the product. I am still out-of-pocket for the other costs. Lesson learnt.
