The order is confirmed via email with a 2 week proposed delivery date. I have been waiting for over a month and the parcel is veing brought from China and the delivery date just never arrives.

I have also been scammed never received my products and have paid R539.99. Please can this be investigated to track down these thieves.

Since the order never arrived you can contact your credit card company for a refund or file a dispute with PayPal if you used it to pay: https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/security/seller-dispute-resolution
