Given that this site has been reported here before (https://www.scamwatcher.com/scam/view/475066), I'm assuming they won't be contacting you about your order. What you can do is to inform your bank of this and ask for a Chargeback:

I ordered a pair of basketball shoes for my Grandson from Storerebox.com. I was a bit concerned because I had only received one email from them shortly after I placed my order, & many weeks had passed. However, several days ago, I received shipping information, & the shoes were delivered yesterday. They are perfect! I couldn’t be more pleased!
