| Scam contents | I purchased 2 XXL Dog beds vrom them and a purxe. The offer was buy one get one on the beds. I paid for everything and was told shipment was on it's way. I just recwivedwhat Icanonly desceibe as a cat mat and some kind ofpurse. |

Hi I had the same . ordered 4xl BOGOF got a piece of material 30"x20" and a tatty cat ball when complained was told to sent it back and maybe I would get my money back but the postage would be £15 to send to China so all in all a bit of material and a tatty ball I would have ended up paying £55 and maybe get my refund.

I had the exact same thing with my purchases and I connected them about the matter & they did absolutely nothing I purchased a large dog bed (2 for the price of one) and I received a mat I conntacted them & after back & forth e-mails I threw in the towel. They have no ethics they take your money & give you any old rubbish & write you off with out a care in the world

You could ask for a chargeback from the bank if you used your credit card to pay:
