There is a sure fire way to identify the scams. Usually, someone will send you a message with an email address to contact them. These people are scammers. And,

Comment / Review	You pay. When you complain that you have been charged but do not have the item they send you a shipping link. The shipping link strings you along as the item slowly makes its way through China. Eventually, one month for me, you receive a small item. I got a tissue box.
