I think I have lost mine not think I did got a tracking number but all of sudden stopped tracking

I ordered saw with table stand, today its 3 months over and haven't received my package. sent email to their support email and no response.

I ordered a generator that was reportedly reduced in and on sale due to the company losing their lease at their facility. $46.98 was deducted from my bank account on 04/12/2021. Attempts to contact them by email was fruitless and they have no phone number to contact them. Attempts using their fqas and any other form of communication with them is also fruitless.
