| Scam contents | Shipped a 11 inch tall toy robot that was advertised on Facebook by the Shark Group as being a 3 foot tall mechanical robot that dances and follows commands. When in fact it only rolls forward and backwards with a controller and does not do anything the advertisement says it does. They have shipped two of these toys to me and neither of them are what I ordered. |
| Comment / Review | This is a big scam on the general public and was perpetrated on the public at Christmas Time. I am trying to request a refund but the company and company address cannot be found. Info on package is: ESCS, 101 B Street Unit 2, Tacoma, WA 98444.
