        Yes this man operates through Skype and uses other people in his operation to scam you. Diablo from Ivory Coast and many others can be heard. His daughter worries me because she is just as manipulative along with the custom officer they use to help on skype who is in Uniform but no badge and identification He claims to be from France, born in Montreal but is now stuck in Africa where he is scamming both women and men. Franck Gerin goes by many aliases Martin, Maxime Smith, Sylvain.
